Privacy
What we keep.
The card in the photo is not a person. Your account still is. GDPR applies to you: email, username, and the photos you upload, because they sit on your account.
We store those photos so you can keep a digital binder. We send a copy to our grading partner in the EU only to name the card and return a 1-10. Inference photos are processed and not kept. We keep the result and your copy of the scan on Graid.
Private binder cards stay private. If you share a card, it can appear in the public feed with your username. Shared cards with high scores can be used in a monthly top pick on Graid. You can unshare cards, download your data, or delete your account from Account. If you need help, contact hello@graid.app.
Payments go through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train image models. Delete requests: hello@graid.app.
