Grades and packs

Spark, Trio, Hobbyist, and Collector are digital content. The price on the token page or the Apple purchase sheet is the full price. There is no booking fee on top.

If a grade fails to finish, the tokens for that grade go back on the account. That is automatic.

You can cancel a monthly plan at least a day before it renews. On iPhone, cancel in Settings, under your Apple ID, Subscriptions. On the web, cancel from the billing link in your account. Tokens already on the account stay until you use them. Unused monthly tokens do not roll into the next month. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund a month that has already started, unless the law says it must.

Before you buy, you can change your mind within 14 days if you have not started using the digital content. Once you spend tokens on a grade, or a monthly plan has delivered grades, you ask us to supply the content immediately and the 14-day cancellation right for that used part ends. Unused packs can still be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email joseph@clonecentre.ai with the receipt. Apple purchases are refunded by Apple, from reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cards bought from another collector

The checkout total is the card price plus the seller’s delivery fee. Graid’s 5% comes out of the seller’s payout. It is not added to what you pay.

If the card is missing, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described, open a dispute from Orders. Seller payouts stay held while a dispute is open. Staff can approve a refund of what you paid. This is not an unconditional “change of mind” refund after a card has been delivered as described. Your statutory rights against the seller still apply.
