Terms
Use Graid fairly.
Graid is a phone pre-grade. It is not a PSA, Beckett, CGC, or SGC certificate, and not proof you can submit to a grading company. A score is an estimate from the photo you send. Sleeves, glare, and filters can change it.
Children can use Graid. In the UK, someone aged 13 or over can create their own account. Under 13, a parent or guardian sets the account up.

Prices
Naming a card is free, up to the daily cap on your account. A full Graid is the four scores, this copy’s price in pounds, and whether to hold it, list it, or look at a slab. 100 tokens is one full Graid. A new account includes the first full Graid.
After that, Spark is 99p for 100 tokens. Trio is £2.49 for 300 tokens. You can buy as many Spark and Trio packs as you want, up to 99 in one payment. They add to your balance and stay until you use them.
Hobbyist is £4.99 a month for 1,000 tokens (10 full Graids). Collector is £9.99 a month for 2,500 tokens (25 full Graids). You hold one monthly plan. Each renewal replaces that month’s unused tokens. It does not remove Spark or Trio tokens you still have. Cancel a monthly plan at least a day before it renews. On an iPhone that is in Settings, under your Apple ID, Subscriptions. Payment is taken by Apple or by our card checkout, in pounds. The price shown before you pay is the full price. There is no extra checkout fee.
Refunds are set out on the refunds page.
Listings
When a card sells on Graid, we keep 5% of the card price. That fee comes out of the seller’s payout. It is not added on top of the buyer’s total. The buyer pays the card price plus the seller’s delivery fee, both shown before payment. The seller receives the rest after the buyer confirms delivery.
Reviews are written by buyers after a completed order. We do not invent reviews. A demo order, when one is shown, is labelled as a demo and is not a real sale.
Your content
You must own or have the right to photograph the cards you upload. We can remove abuse, spam, or listings that are not yours. Card art belongs to the rights holders. Graid is not affiliated with Nintendo, Wizards, Konami, Bandai, Panini, Topps, or Marvel.
By creating an account you let us store your scans to run Graid, and send them to our grading partner for identification and a phone pre-grade. The 1–10 is not a certificate from PSA, Beckett, CGC, or SGC.
Sharing a card is optional. Shared cards can appear in the feed and, if the score is high, in a monthly top pick on the site. Unshare anytime. Do not upload photos of people, faces, or anything that is not the card.
Limits
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Graid is a photo estimate, so we are not liable for a grading-company result, a sale price, or a card that looks different in person. English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales can hear a dispute, without taking away any right you have to use your local court.
